WOHNBAUTYPOLOGIE

Im Rahmen des Entwurfs wurde auf einer vorgegebenen Grundstruktur eine verdichtete, mehrgeschossige Wohnbautypologie entwickelt. Die Planung erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung der Kärntner Bauordnung und eines festgelegten Raumprogramms. Der Fokus lag auf der effizienten Nutzung des Raums sowie der Schaffung funktionaler und lebenswerter Wohnformen.

As part of the design process, a dense, multi-story housing typology was developed based on a predefined structural framework. The project adhered to the Carinthian Building Code and followed a given spatial program. The focus was on efficient space utilization and the creation of functional and livable housing concepts.
